TAOS is the combi pastry oven of the Arte Bianca Line by Yesovens, designed and manufactured specifically for the most demanding pastry chefs and master bakers in search of excellence.
Choose from convection, combi and steam cooking, set temperature from 30 ° C to 280 ° C thanks to the digital display.
100% made in Italy, TAOS is available in the version with 6 and 10 trays.

The e digital display allows you to modify every parameter,, even when the cooking cycle has already started; the ventilation with automatic inversion of fan rotation distributes the heat evenly, over all the trays, for a homogeneous result, on every occasion.

Indeed, with TAOS you can adjust humidity at any time of cooking, thanks to the manual supply function.
The FastSteam technology helps you manage another crucial aspect, generating instant steam.
You can also set special cycles, such as rapid cooking chamber cool-downand time extension at the end of cooking.
All Arte Bianca products by Yesovens comply with HACCP standards.
The cooking chamber of all our ovens, made of 304 stainless steel, is completely washable.
The insulated double glass door has a safety fanstop when open: in this way the heat does not dissipate during cooking and there is no risk due to steam when opening the oven.
Maintenance and operational checks are safe and quick, simplified by the presence of the simply-approachable right side system and motor compartment, together with the simply-removable control panel.
