The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate 2017 – announced by the FIPCG (the Italian Federation Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate) every two years – is taking place in a few days during Host Milano Exhibition in Rho (Milan).
The 2017 edition of Host Milano – the global exhibition leader for the hospitality sector – is coming up: it will take place in Milan during 20_24th October and it seems to live up to its expectations
It is expected to be indeed a record edition, bigger and richer than ever with its dimensions and contents. After two years from last edition, the exhibition which is about to start and last for 5 days, will host the innovation and quality of the food service world which is strongly growing more and more linked to flexible and smart technologies.
The Pastry World Championship is an international competition between the best talented pastry teams who come from all over the world. The subject of the competition this year is “Discovering the World of Chocolate and Coffee”.
