STAR is the professional touchscreencombi oven with 6 and 10 trays, for master bakers and artists of taste who are looking for the precision of the best technology combined with versatility, to multiply their creations, always being sure that they are always perfect, for every single tasting.
TAOS is the digital bakery and pastry oven with 6 and 10 trays. It works in manual or programmed cooking mode and stores up to 99 recipes: bake sweets, savory dishes and specialties most appreciated by your customers, choosing from convection, combi and steam cooking (with fiexd time or with core probe function).
KARMA is the manual oven for pastry chefs, bakers and pizza makers who do not want to give up the classic settings of a traditional oven. With a capacity of 6 and 10 trays, it is equipped with simple-to-use and intuitive setting knobs.
Touchscreen, digital or manual? With the “double” model you can combine the technologies of our pastry and bakery ovens, thus adapting quantity and consumption, without taking up any extra space.
You will decide the cooking type, temperature, time and quantity. For example, you can choose a STAR and a KARMA model, two STARs or a TAOS and a KARMA, load and save your most popular recipes and cook several sweet and savory preparations at the same time.

Yesovens bakery and pastry ovens offer three different types of cooking – convection, combi and steam (with fixed time or with core probe function) – and decide with which of the two ovens to start them.
Since STACKED gives you total control of quantity, time, humidity, temperature and ventilation: what about baking at 30°C with the former oven and at 280°C with the latter? Yes, you can.
You can decide whether to turn off the one and work only with the other, in order to optimize both production and consumption.
